Courtesy transport to/from most local areas to our Queenstown Hill range is included.
Duration:
Allow 2 hours including return transport to Queenstown.
What to Bring:
Dress for the weather on the day! In the winter, a warm coat, jumper, hat, scarf and gloves. In the summer, a hat, sunglasses, water and don’t forget your sunscreen!
Your Camera! Our range is nestled in the valley of one of the most scenic working High Country Stations in New Zealand, plus you’ll need photographic evidence of the ‘Top shots’ of the group!

Our Southern Stag Shootout offers a bit of variety, start the day using our premium Beretta 12-gauge shotguns, and then just when you think you’ve got your aim on target, we’ll throw you off with our 'Ugly Gun' - a true Hollywood style pump action that has seen better days!
Break One's 'Southern Stag Shootout' includes:
- 24-target scored competition
- Approximately 40 shots on a variety of clay targets
- Finish with our unique ‘Ugly Gun Challenge’ – shoot 4 different style targets one after another.
- Full instruction and one on one tuition.
- Approx 1hr 30min on the range.
- Courtesy transport from most local accommodation.
Our range located on Queenstown Hill offers uninterrupted views of both Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables! So, there are group photo and selfie opportunities aplenty! Plus, you get a 10-minute drive though one of the most scenic working merino sheep stations in New Zealand!
